Cancellation Policy

Refunds/ Cancellation will be processed as quickly as possible (we aim for within 10 days) but customers should allow up to 30 days for a refunds to be made, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Costumer Service number @ 0044-8001337166.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Conditions For Return:
•    Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
•    Items must be returned in their original condition.
•    Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, scent or damage. Items should be returned in their original packaging with product tags / tickets attached
Refunds:
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
•    Refunds/ Exchange will be processed as quickly as possible (we aim for within 10 days)
•    If you have availed free shipping or some other offer, refund will be given after deducting shipping charges.
•    Returned items which are accepted as faulty by Andaaz Fashion or items that we incorrectly dispatched to you will be refunded in full.
