Shipping policy for Andaaz Fashion

Shipping policy of Andaaz Fashion is made for customer convenience. We dispatch most of the goods on 48 hour service. Our aim is to dispatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving the order but please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

Our all products are delivered via reputed courier companies, such as DHL, FedEx, TNT and other such renowned companies that are completely insured and reliable. We always believe in quality not in quantity. We charge much lower shipping rates in compare to other companies usually for international shipments.

If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship). However, if you want us to ship the earlier available products first, please contact our customer care “01216630409”.

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Delivery Address

Parcels can only be sent to the Card holder's billing address due to rules laid down by credit card companies. If you want the goods to be delivered at a different address, please get the second address registered with the credit card company and on approval by credit card company we can send the goods at that second address.

Signature required

For security and to ensure the parcel reaches the intended recipient, all packages dispatched will require a signature on receipt.

Order Progress & Dispatch

After you have set up an account on our website, you will be able to track the status of your order online. We will send you a e-mail conforming the tracking number and dispatch of your goods.


Every attempt is made by us to keep its stock levels accurate and fully up-to-date. Unfortunately, there may be rare occasions when physically we are out of stock. We will try to contact the customer by phone or email so please make sure you provide us with correct contact details at the time of placing the order. In case, of incorrect contact details provided or getting no response from the customer Andaaz Fashion, reserves the rights to cancel the order for the unavailable items and send the rest of the order out.
